Instructions for Glass Container

Refrigerator & Freezer
The glass container and BPA-free plastic lid are both frige and freezer safe. To secure the lid after placing on container, press the top of the air-release vent down to create an airtight vacuum seal.
To ensure a tight fit on containers, make sure air-release vent is in the open position, then press the vent closed to create a tight seal. Press lid down in the 4 corners of glass containers. Please note: The gasket may wrinkle in some containers, however the lid will still fit securely.

- Microwave
- Glass container and plastic lid are both microwave safe and can go directly from the freezer into the microwave for reheating or cooking. The steam-release vent must be open when reheating, defrosting, steaming and cooking in order to release steam. To open, open the air-release vent in the lids. Use caution when removing the lid from hot foods.
- At a safety feature, lids may release from the glass when cooking or reheating foods in microwave to allow for excess steam to escape.
