High Borosilicate Glassware Production Process
1. Raw Material: mainly silica sand, boric acid, borax, etc.
2. Melting: Melting furnace above 1500 degrees celsius.
3. Forming: Molten glass is injected into the mold and pressed forming.
4. Polishing: In order to make glassware surface more smooth and transparent, the parts contacting the upper and lower models during the forming process are fired and polished with an oxygen furnace.
5. Annealing: To remove thermal stress generated during forming, keep it in annealing furnace and cool down slowly.
6. Inspection: To ensure products meet the standards.
7. Packaging and Delivery: Inspected products shall be packaged and delivered according to the requirements of consumers.
